For example, the Export to
Microsoft (R) Excel workflow
action allows data to be
formatted and exported into a

stored in the Flowtrix server
can be checked-out and opened
just by clicking on them.

The Flowtrix.NET portal
comes with a fully customizable
dashboard. The dashboard is a
page that allows the user to get
an eagle's eye view of system
status. For example, a user may
want to see a list of pending
approvals next to a list of

Through Microsoft's (R) WebParts
technology, users can
personalize their dashboard
preferences. They are able to
hide/show or move information
panels around.

Organizational Calendar
The Calendar tool in
Flowtrix is a very powerful
component that can display
layers of information. For
example, a user may choose to
display only the File
Approval Deadlines layer to
have only the approval deadline
items show on the calendar.
Multiple layers can be combined
to show varying data, and
calendars can easily be shared
with selected users.
